DFCITY has registered with the Securities Exchange Commission of the United States of America, a Sponsored Level-1 American Depositary Receipt ("ADR") Program on 16 March 2020. 

Under the ADR Program, the ordinary shares of the Company can be traded in the US OTC Market in the United States of America in the ratio of one ADR for every twenty (20) ordinary shares of the Company. 

The depositary bank for the ADR Program is The Bank of New York Mellon ("BNY Mellon"). None of the ordinary shares of the Company was deposited pursuant to the ADR Program. 

The Board of Directors of DFCITY wishes to announce that the ADR Program has been discontinued following BNY Mellon's resignation as the depositary bank effective from 9 December 2022.
