Reference is made to GHL Systems Berhad's ("the Company") announcements dated 26 September 2019, 30 May 2022 and 29 June 2022 in relation to a material litigation.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that on 22 September 2023, the Court of Appeal has dismissed, with costs of RM30,000, the appeal by Bestinet Sdn Bhd (“the Plaintiff”) against the decision of the Kuala Lumpur High Court dated 30 May 2022 dismissing the Plaintiff’s claim and allowing GHL ePayments Sdn Bhd’s counterclaim.
