Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 14 April 2023 and 19 April 2023.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 2 October 2023 submitted an application to seek Bursa Securities’ approval for an extension of time of 6 months from 19 October 2023 up to 18 April 2024 for the Company to implement and complete the Private Placement.
