Reference is made to the earlier announcement dated 3 October 2023 wherein TA Securities had on behalf of the Board, announced that the Company submitted an application to seek the consideration and approval of Bursa Securities on 2 October 2023 for an extension of time for Key ASIC to implement and complete the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities is pleased to announce that Key ASIC had obtained the approval of Bursa Securities vide its letter dated 4 October 2023 (which was received after 6.30pm), for an extension of time of 6 months from 19 October 2023 up to 18 April 2024 for the Company to complete the Private Placement.
