We refer to the announcements dated 29 September 2023 and 27 October 2023 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 20 November 2023 resolved to approve the Company's application for exemptions from compliance with the requirement to make an exit offer and appoint an independent adviser under Rules 8.06(1)(c) and 8.06(1)(d) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements, in relation to the proposed transfer of listing of the Company from the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities to the ACE Market of Bursa Securities ("Exemption Application").
The approval of Bursa Securities for the Exemption Application is subject to the condition that the undertakings set out in the Remaining Shareholders' Undertaking Letters (as defined in the Exemption Application) remain valid and binding until the completion of the proposed withdrawal of the Company's listing from the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities.
