Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 3 December 2020, 16 December 2020, 7 January 2021, 3 March 2021, 20 April 2021, 11 May 2021, 3 June 2021, 17 August 2021, 17 January 2022, 13 June 2022, 6 September 2022, 30 November 2022, 21 March 2023, 13 July 2023 and 3 October 2023 in relation to the Judicial Review Application filed by Puncak Niaga Construction Sdn Bhd (“PNCSB”) to challenge the Notices of Assessment known as Form G which PNCSB received from the Inland Revenue Board (“IRB”) on 23 November 2020 for the Years of Assessment 2017 and 2018 amounting to RM2,292,182.64 and RM1,988,472.96 respectively (hereinafter referred to as “Notices”).

Puncak wishes to announce to the Exchange that at the leave hearing of PNCSB’s Judicial Review Application today, the Kuala Lumpur High Court directed parties to attend the leave decision fixed on 21 January 2024. An interim stay of the enforcement of Form G on PNCSB was also granted by the Kuala Lumpur High Court until the leave decision date on 21 January 2024. In the meantime, no taxes are payable by PNCSB since the interim stay has been granted.
