The Company wishes to announce that Dato' Seri Chew Weng Khak @ Chew Weng Kiak ("Dato' Seri"), being a Director of the Company, had given notice of his dealings in the securities of the Company outside closed period.
1. Disposal of 4,704,000 ordinary shares ("OS") and 2,002,000 warrants via Chew Chuon Ghee, Vincent ("VC"), indirect interest pursuant to Section 59 of the Companies Act 2016.
2. VC is the son of Dato' Seri. Following VC's resignation as Director of the Company on 31.10.2023, his shareholding of 4,704,000 OS (3.743%) and 2,002,000 warrants (3.088%) are being reported as indirect interest of Dato' Seri. As a result, Dato' Seri's indirect interest increased to 23,965,924 OS (19.069%) and 2,422,000 warrants (3.736%) respectively.
3. On 17.11.2023, VC disposed all his shareholding of 4,704,000 OS and 2,002,000 warrants. Accordingly, Dato' Seri's indirect interest reverted to 19,261,924 OS (15.326%) and 420,000 warrants (0.648%).
