| Chew Chuon Ghee is the son of Dato' Seri Chew Weng Khak @ Chew Weng Kiak ("Dato' Seri"). Following Chew Chuon Ghee's resignation as Director of the Company on 31 October 2023, his shareholding of 4,704,000 ordinary shares representing 3.743% is being reported as indirect interest of Dato' Seri. As a result, Dato' Seri's indirect interest increased to 23,965,924 ordinary shares representing 19.069%. On 17 November 2023, Chew Chuon Ghee disposed all his shareholding of 4,704,000 ordinary shares. Accordingly, Dato' Seri's indirect interest reverted to 19,261,924 ordinary shares representing 15.326%. |
