We refer to the announcements made on 27 December 2021, 21 January 2022, 28 January 2022, 30 March 2022, 17 February 2023, 22 February 2023, 2 November 2023 and 17 November 2023 in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 22 November 2023 resolved to grant the Company an extension of time until 22 December 2023 to comply with Paragraph 9.33(1)(b) of the Listing Requirements to issue its circular in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan.
