| Working experience and occupation | Mr Wong started his career as Audit Trainee with Ong & Wong. In 1991, he joined Chong Kee Ling & Son as Accounts Assistant and EAC Rubber Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. later as Accounts Supervisor before joining NKK International (M) Sdn. Bhd. as Assistant Accountant in 1993. In 1995, he joined Cahaya Kelang Construction Sdn. Bhd. as Accountant and subsequently joining Success Electronics & Transformer Manufacturer Sdn. Bhd. in 1998 as Finance Manager and was promoted to the position of Group Finance Manager of Success Transformer Corporation Berhad ("STC") from 2010 to 2014. With the acquisition of Seremban Engineering Berhad ("SEB") by STC, he was then appointed to SEB Board on 24 March 2008 as the Executive Director heading the corporate finance, estimation, purchasing, and production departments, involving in the strategic and operational issues and decision making of these various departments. In September 2014, he joined Eco Tower Sdn. Bhd. as General Manager (Finance) for nine months before rejoined SEB as General Manager-Finance and Executive Director. Subsequently, he was re-designated as Chief Operating Officer before promoting to CEO of SEB. |
