Reference is made to the announcements dated 21 April 2016, 25 April 2016, 28 April 2016, 6 May 2016, 12 May 2016, 23 May 2016, 25 May 2016, 31 May 2016, 1 June 2016, 17 June 2016, 21 June 2016, 23 June 2016 and 24 June 2016 in relation to the Offer (“Announcements”).

(Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements and the Offer Document).                                 

The Board of Directors of KAFSC wishes to announce that the Company has today received the attached press release from KAF IB informing that all details, terms and conditions of the Offer remain unchanged and there will be no revision of the Offer Price of RM2.70 for each Offer Share.

As stated in the press notice dated 21 June 2016, the Offer will remain open for acceptances until final closing date which falls on Monday, 11 July 2016 at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian Standard Time). Holders who have yet to accept the Offer are advised to refer to the Offer Document as well as the independent advice circular in relation to the Offer dated 23 May 2016.
