Haji Mohamad Fadzil Bin Hitam, a former Deputy Group General Manager at Perbadanan Kemajuan Pertanian Selangor from 2016 to April 2020, played a pivotal role in managing the State Agricultural Corporation. His responsibilities spanned diverse sectors, including Rubber and Oil Palm Plantation, Selangor Fruit Valley and Agro-Tourism, Dairy Farm, Freshwater Fish Farm, Chicken Farm, Wholesale Market, Bazaar, Shophouses, Factories, and parcels of land designated for property development. In addition to his managerial duties, he actively served as a mentor and trainer, sharing expertise on various technical and management aspects of plantation operations. His multifaceted leadership significantly contributed to the development and success of agricultural initiatives under the umbrella of Perbadanan Kemajuan Pertanian Selangor.

With over 40 years of hands-on experience, he brings a wealth of expertise in the operations and development of Oil Palm, Rubber, Cocoa, Coconuts, and Fruit Farm cultivation. His career at Perbadanan Kemajuan Pertanian Selangor (PKPS) involved pivotal roles such as Estate Manager, Senior TQEMS Manager, Plantation Advisor, Head Plantation Operations, and Deputy Group General Manager. Responsibilities included overseeing cattle cultivation for milk and broiler businesses, freshwater fish projects, and engagement with fertilizers and fertilizer companies.

Notably, he spearheaded a project at PKPS focused on composting chicken dung into compost using Taiwanese technology, managing the entire process from inception to commissioning. Leveraging his extensive network, he cultivated relationships with numerous plantation captains and relevant agencies. During his seven-year tenure as a Plantation Advisor, handling Minarmas Plantation in Indonesia, he gained valuable experience dealing with Indonesians and developed a deep understanding of various provinces, including Kalimantan, Sumatera, and Aceh.
