We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 30 June 2022, in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

Pursuant to Bursa Securities’ letter dated 12 July 2023, ACME has until 29 December 2023 to submit a regularisation plan (“Proposed Regularisation Plan”) to Bursa Securities for its approval.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of ACME, TA Securities Holdings Berhad had on 28 December 2023 submitted an application to seek Bursa Securities’ approval to exempt ACME from the requirement to submit a Proposed Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities and for ACME to be uplifted from its affected listed issuer status.
