We refer to the Company's announcements dated 21 July 2023, 21 September 2023, 30 November 2023, 14 December 2023 and 15 December 2023, and the circular to shareholders dated 29 November 2023 ("Circular") in relation to the Disposal. Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as the said announcements and Circular.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Disposal has been completed today following the full settlement of the final Initial Consideration (after the final adjustments made to the Equity Value) and the Premium to CSSSB. Accordingly, the final Disposal Consideration after the final adjustments made to the Equity Value amounts to RM666,248,195.
Further details of the basis, calculation, justification and implication of the final adjustments to the Equity Value and final Disposal Consideration as well as the expected pro forma gain arising from the Disposal based on the final Disposal Consideration are set out in the attachment below.
