On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sungei Bagan Rubber Company (Malaya) Berhad (“Sg Bagan” or the “Company”), AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Sg Bagan had on 29 December 2023 entered into, amongst others, a Master Sale and Purchase Agreement with Kuchai Development Berhad (“KDB”) (“Master SPA”) to acquire substantially all of KDB’s assets and liabilities (“Proposed Acquisition”), upon the terms and conditions as set out in the Master SPA.
