We refer to the Company’s First Announcement dated 18 November 2021 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under Practice Note (“PN17”) and the Company’s announcements dated 16 November 2022, 20 December 2022, 15 May 2023 and 12 June 2023 in relation to the EOT Application.
As at the date of this announcement, the Company’s Proposed Regularisation Plan is pending the consideration and decision from Bursa Securities.
The Company will make the necessary announcement with regard to any development on the above matter.
