Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Velocity wishes to announce the financial assistance provided by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Velocity Capital Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as CSH Network Capital Sdn. Bhd.), a moneylending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business for the quarter ended 31 December 2023.
