We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the KOSSAN Shares.

KOSSAN-C61 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 1 December 2023 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. KOSSAN-C61 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 8 December 2023 and the Term Sheet dated 12 January 2024.

KOSSAN-C61 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of KOSSAN-C61 is set out in the attachment.
