Reference is made to Kanger International Berhad's ("Kanger") announcement dated 15 January 2021. The Board of Directors of Kanger wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Kanger Ventures Sdn Bhd, and the below companies have mutually agreed to terminate the Collaboration Agreements between the parties on 16 January 2024:
1. Qbeez Holdings Sdn Bhd; 2. Lead Pinnacle Sdn Bhd; 3. Deseo Engineering Sdn Bhd; and 4. Enduring Power Sdn Bhd.
