Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 1st December 2023 and 5th December 2023 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to inform that on 29th January 2024, XEPA received a letter dated the same day from its Solicitor confirming that written approval has been granted by the State Authority of Melaka for the Vendor's application for consent to transfer. Consequently, the Condition Precedent has been satisfied, and pursuant to the terms and conditions outlined in the SPA, the SPA is no longer conditional.
