We refer to the announcements made on 6 September 2023 and 24 November 2023 in relation to the Proposed Investments (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those previously defined in the Announcements.
The Board of Directors of SEAL wishes to inform that the Parties had on 31 January 2024 entered into a Supplemental Letter Agreement to mutually agree to further extend the deadline for execution of the Definitive Agreements for the Proposed Investments from 31 January 2024 to 31 March 2024.
