Reference is made to the Company’s first announcement dated 17 February 2020 (“First Announcement”) in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the Listing Requirements, and the subsequent monthly announcements made on 17 March 2020 and the first market day of each subsequent months. In furtherance, the Company had on 21 January 2022 announced the application for the First EOT to submit its regularisation plan to Bursa Securities and further announcement made on 4 March 2022 on approval of the First EOT for six (6) months granted by Bursa Securities. Subsequently, the Company had on 15 August 2022, 15 February 2023 and 15 August 2023 respectively submitted applications for the Second, Third and Fourth EOT to submit its regularisation plan to Bursa Securities and further announcement made on 20 September 2022, 3 April 2023 and 5 October 2023 respectively on approval of the Second, Third and Fourth EOT, each for six (6) months granted by Bursa Securities. 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 15 February 2024 submitted an application of the Fifth EOT for another six (6) months to submit its regularisation plan to Bursa Securities.

 The outcome of the application for the Fifth EOT will be announced upon receipt of a decision from Bursa Securities.
