We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 30 June 2023, 15 August 2023, 22 September 2023, 2 October 2023, 11 October 2023, 30 October 2023, 1 November 2023 and 13 February 2024 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 20 February 2024, resolved to grant FGV a further extension of time until 13 August 2024 to issue the circular in relation to the Proposals (“Circular”) to comply with Paragraph 9.33(1)(b) of the Listing Requirements.

The approval for the extension of time is subject to the submission of the revised draft Circular to Bursa Securities for clearance prior to printing.
