On behalf of the Board of Directors of RGT ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:- i. Consolidation of every 3 existing ordinary shares in RGT ("RGT Share(s)" or "Share(s)") into 1 RGT Share ("Consolidated Share(s)") ("Proposed Share Consolidation"); and ii. Bonus issue of up to 70,499,331 free warrants in RGT ("Warrant(s)") on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 5 Consolidated Shares on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later ("Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants"). The Proposed Share Consolidation and Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants are collectively referred to as the "Proposals". Further details of the Proposals are set out in the attachment enclosed.
