Reference is made to the earlier announcement dated 31 January 2024.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 26 February 2024, approved the Proposed Share Consolidation.

The approval granted by Bursa Securities for the Proposed Share Consolidation is subject to the following conditions:

(i)         Fintec is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by shareholders at the EGM for the Proposed Share Consolidation; and

(ii)         Fintec or TA Securities is required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Rule 6.57(2)(ii) and (iii) and Rule 13.20(2) of the Listing Requirements.
