Reference is made to the utilisation of proceeds raised from the Subscriptions Placement completed on 3 June 2022 (“Listing of Subscriptions”). The Company had raised total gross proceeds of RM31.02 million from the Subscriptions Placement.

The Board of Directors of AIMFLEX (“Board”) wishes to inform that it has approved the extension of timeframe for the utilisation of the remaining unutilised Subscriptions Proceeds earmarked for “Business / Investment Opportunities” and “Working Capital Requirement” for an additional 36 months of up to 60 months from the date of Listing of Subscriptions.
