Bhd. has on 5 March 2024 accepted a Letter of Award dated 4 March 2024 from Tanjung Nakhoda (M) Sdn. Bhd. in respect of the Construction and Completion of Partially Completed Works of Johore Golf & Country Club (JGCC), comprising of a 2-Storey Club House with Parking, a 4-Storey Driving Range Facility Building with 1-Storey Multipurpose Hall and Parking, a Guard House and an Electricity Substation on part of PTB 24465, part of PTB 24467 and part of Lot 45279, Jalan Tun Abdul Razak dan Jalan Datin Halimah, Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Takzim (“the Contract”).
