We refer to the earlier announcements dated 7 June 2023, 1 August 2023, 8 September 2023, 15 January 2024, 16 January 2024, 17 January 2024, 31 January 2024 and 29 February 2024 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 215,281,192 Rights Shares, 107,640,563 Warrants B and 3,632,916 additional Warrants A issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants were listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 7 March 2024, marking the completion of the Rights Issue with Warrants.
