We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 23 March 2023, 27 July 2023, 30 August 2023 and 19 December 2023 as well as the circular to shareholders dated 28 July 2023 ("Circular") in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Circular.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that N9 Matrix and NS Corp had on 15 March 2024 entered into a supplemental letter ("Supplemental Letter") to amend and vary certain terms of the CSPA and the Supplemental CSPA.
