The Board of Directors of Chin Hin wishes to announce that the Company had from the period between 25 September 2023 to 18 March 2024 acquired from the open market additional 31,466,200 ordinary shares of Chin Hin Group Property Berhad (“CHGP”), a subsidiary of the Company, at average of RM1.028 per share, representing 4.76% of the total issued and paid up share capital of CHGP for a total purchase consideration of RM30,496,120 (“Purchase Consideration”) (“Acquisition”).
