We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 21 February 2024 in relation to APOLLO’s non-compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement
pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“Public Spread Requirement”).

The Board of APOLLO wishes to announce that in conjunction with the release of the Company’s third quarterly financial results for the period ended 31 January 2024 and pursuant to Paragraph 3.3 of Practice Note 19 of the Listing Requirements, the Company currently does not comply with the Public Spread Requirement.

As at the date of this announcement, the public shareholding spread of the Company is 21.14% based on its Record of Depositors dated 05 March 2024 and the Company was granted an extension of time of six (6) months until 23 July 2024 (“Extension of Time”) to comply with the Public Spread Requirement by Bursa Securities vide its letter dated 21 February 2024. The Company has yet to formulate a rectification plan to address the shortfall in its public shareholding spread.

The Company will use the Extension of Time granted by Bursa Securities to formulate the said rectification plan and to make the necessary announcements where appropriate.
