| Working experience and occupation | Mr Lim Ah Ted is the founder of the Group and was appointed to the Board on 11 July 2016. He has over 46 years of experience in the food & beverages distribution industry. He began his career with Joo Chan Company in 1971 as an Operations Trainee where he was responsible for the companys operations, thereby exposing him to the local cold storage industry. He then left and joined Cold Storage (M) Bhd in 1980 as a Sales cum Operations Executive where he was responsible for sales and marketing activities as well as overseeing the warehousing operations. He left after two (2) years and joined Paris Trading Company, a distributor of frozen food, as a partner where he was responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the company. He then left and established Supreme Cold Storage Trading Company in 1984 to venture into the distribution of frozen and chilled food. Subsequently he established Supreme Cold Storage Sdn Bhd in 1987 and Supreme Food Supply (M) Sdn Bhd in 1999 to assume the operations of Supreme Cold Storage Trading Company. |
