Reference is made to the Company's circular to shareholders dated 7 October 2021 ("Circular") in relation to the Private Placement.
The Board of Directors of BSLCorp wishes to annouce that as at 26 March 2024, the Company has yet to fully utilize the proceeds raised from the Private Placement and requires additional time to fully utilise the balance of proceeds amounting to RM5,357,000, which was earmarked for the manufacturing expansion, in respect of the purchase of equipment and machineries.
