(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants)

On behalf of the Company, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that at the close of acceptance, excess application and payment for the Rights Issue with Warrants as at 5.00 p.m. on 22 March 2024 (“Closing Date”), the Company received valid acceptances and excess applications for a total of 336,093,017 Rights Shares. This represents a subscription level of 52.14% of the total 644,632,276 Rights Shares available under the Rights Issue with Warrants, resulting in an under-subscription rate of 47.86%.

Details of valid acceptances and excess applications received as at the Closing Date for the Rights Issue with Warrants are as follows:

The minimum subscription level for the Rights Issue with Warrants had been achieved notwithstanding the under-subscription for the Rights Issue with Warrants.

The total number of Excess Rights Shares with Warrants C available for allocation is 593,509,503. In view that the total number of Excess Rights Shares with Warrants C applied for was 284,970,244, the Board has decided to allot the Excess Rights Shares with Warrants C to all the entitled shareholders and/or their renouncee(s)/transferee(s) who have applied for the Excess Rights Shares with Warrants C.

The Rights Shares and Warrants C are expected to be listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 5 April 2024.
