Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 14 April 2020 (“First Announcement”). Unless the otherwise defined, the terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the First Announcement.

Further to the monthly PN17 announcement on 1 March 2024, there has been no material development in the PN17 status as previously announced save for the announcement dated 7 March 2024 in relation to the Company's application to Bursa Securities for the upliftment of Epicon from being classified as a PN17 company from Bursa Securities and the decision is currently pending from Bursa Securities.

The Company will make the necessary announcements on the above matter as and when there are any material developments.
