(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the announcements dated 18 March 2024 and 22 March 2024 in relation to the Proposed Share Split)

Reference is made to the announcements dated 18 March 2024 and 22 March 2024.

The Board of NHF wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had, vide its letter dated 1 April 2024, approved the Proposed Share Split.

The approval granted by Bursa Securities for the Proposed Share Split is subject to the following conditions:

(i) NHF must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Main LR”) pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Share Split; 

(ii) NHF is required to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Share Split;

(iii) NHF is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting approving the Proposed Share Split prior to the listing and quotation of the Subdivided Shares;

(iv) NHF is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Share Split is completed; and

(v) NHF is required to make the relevant announcements in accordance with paragraphs 6.35(2)(a)&(b) and 6.35(4) of the Main LR.
