The Board of Directors of HHB wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the proposed renewal of authority for share buy-back at the forthcoming Twenty-Eighth Annual General Meeting to be convened at a date to be notified later.

The Statement to Shareholders containing the details of the above proposal will be issued in due course.
