Further to our announcement dated 29 March 2024, the Company wishes to update on the following material development -

a) On 24 April 2024, the Company was served with an appeal to the Court of Appeal by the 2nd Defendant against parts of the High Court’s Judgment delivered on 29 March 2024 (“High Court Judgment”) that were unfavourable to the 2nd Defendant;

b) On 25 April 2024, the Company was served with an appeal to the Court of Appeal by the 1st Defendant against parts of the High Court’s Judgment that were unfavourable to the 1st Defendant; and

c) On 27 April 2024, the Company lodged an appeal to the Court of Appeal against parts of the High Court’s Judgment that were unfavourable to the Company.

The above appeals are not expected to have any material operational and financial impact on the Company. Further announcement will be made from time to time in respect of any subsequent material development on this matter.
