We wish to announce that KOSSAN-C58 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 April 2024 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Number of KOSSAN-C58 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of KOSSAN-C58 x (RM2.1186 - RM1.35) x (1/1.50)
= Number of KOSSAN-C58 x RM0.5124
The Closing Price of RM2.1186 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of KOSSAN shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of KOSSAN-C58 by ordinary post.
