HUBLINE-WA - Notice of Book Closure

Adjustments to the exercise price and number of outstanding Warrants 2009/2019 issued by Hubline Berhad ("Hubline") ("Outstanding Warrants A") constituted by the deed poll dated 28 September 2009 and any supplemental deed poll executed thereon which governs the terms and conditions of the Outstanding Warrants A ("Deed Poll 2009") pursuant to the renounceable rights issue of up to 6,482,268,188 new ordinary shares of RM0.01 each in Hubline ("Hubline Share(s)") ("Rights Share(s)") at an issue price of RM0.01 per Rights Share on the basis of two (2) Rights Shares for every one (1) Hubline Share held, together with up to 1,620,567,047 free detachable new warrants ("Warrant(s) B"), on the basis of one (1) Warrant B for every four (4) Rights Shares subscribed as at 5.00 p.m. on 26 November 2015 ("Rights Issue Adjustments")

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Adjustment” as from: 24 Nov 2015
2)  The last date of lodgment : 26 Nov 2015
 

Remarks;

The notice of book closure date in relation to the Rights Issue has been announced separately today. Holders of Hublines' Outstanding Warrants A ("Warrantholders") who wish to be entitled to the Rights Shares should exercise their rights to subscribe for new Hubline Shares by lodging their duly completed exercise forms together with the relevant subscription monies with Hublines Share Registrar (at the address stated above) on or before 5.00 p.m. on 17 November 2015. This is to enable the new Hubline Shares arising from such exercise to be allotted to the respective Warrantholders such that their names will appear on the Record of Depositors for Hubline Shares at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date. The Warrantholders who do not exercise their Outstanding Warrants A by 5.00 p.m. on 17 November 2015 and whose names appear in the Record of Depositors for Outstanding Warrants A on the Entitlement Date would be entitled to the Rights Issue Adjustments. The exact adjustments to the exercise price and number of Outstanding Warrants A to be issued can only be finalised after the closing date for the application and acceptances for the Rights Shares with Warrants B based on the subscription rate of the Rights Shares ("Adjustment Warrants A"). The Adjustments Warrants A will be listed and quoted simultaneously with the Rights Shares on 29 December 2015. A notification to the Warrantholders setting out the details of the Rights Issue Adjustments will be despatched in due course in accordance with the Deed Poll 2009.
