TRIUMPL-Suspension of trading of the ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in TRIUMPL and the entitlement date for the selective share capital reduction and repayment exercise under Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965 ("SCR")

LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 70176 OF 2014

In order to facilitate the implementation of SCR, the trading of TRIUMPL shares will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 4 April 2014. The suspension will continue until the completion of the same and the subsequent delisting of TRIUMPL from the Official List of Bursa Securities.
