why this private placement did not announced earlier before the announcement of Bandar Malaysian topic and before the counter price shoot up? Is becos the price shoot up too fast and over shoot the insider price target and was not able to collect. They were caught by surprise. They make announcements hopefully the price will drop. After they collected, they will announce they got this project, they got that project, price will than go up again. Just my 2 sens only. Might not be true!!
