1. According to latest quarter report.(Page5) There's 6,772 millions sales from Russia. The revenue are decreased compare to last year, but there's revenue from Russia, not like the rumour mentioned.

2. Mr Eg introduced and explained iMedic 5/6 years ago on TV shows.

Ucrest enter China market, and registered the company in China on 5/1/2015.

In 2021, Ucrest held meeting and discussions with Government of Shanxi Province and Taiyuan.

If iMedic is a scam, or Ucrest never doing well on past few years. I don't think that government of China will had discussion with Ucrest on 30/3/2021.

3. Regarding ESOS, those amount/number of shares are deposited to respective directors and add up their % holdings. Nothing is sold / disposed.

4. Currently don't have any proof show that MoU of Russia vaccine annul.

Correct me if I'm wrong. Let's discuss with facts.

i dont think they can easily sell their esos...there is vesting period for any esos shares before than can actually own that shares and offcourse before they can sell it

hi, Darren. 1. Revenu derived from Russia is RM6.772m, not 6,772 million. 2. Go and check on company history, and check for their retained earning in balance sheet, up to last year, they still have no retained earning but accumulated losses. A company listed for so many years, still making losses up to last year. For this year profit, I highly doubt on it as receivable increased a lot. Net operating cash flow show negative. 3. Mou, even agreement can be cancel anytime.

To produce vaccine, not easy. Need a lot of money and talents, does the company fulfill all these criteria? Why other people want to cooperate with Ucrest instead of other medical company with strong fundamental? Company cash balance only 10m and has no relevant resources. If goreng, yes. If investment, think twice and do more research.

2. This company start earning since August 2020. Reports never lie.
3. No risk no return. Once it's announce officially, I believe it's already in high price.
4. Ucrest MD had explained the flow of business through a chart. If you watch the briefing then you should know how the business run.

Mr Yap, if not wrong Ucrest is not produce the Vaccine, Ucrest is like middle man, is more to provide service and system to manage. They need people to manage, because too many order of vaccine.

Hi, guys. Look at company balance sheet, it only has 10m which mostly derived from private placement 12m last quarter. Does this 10m sufficient for company to manufacture vaccine? If provide service still sounds ok. Look at operating cash flow, it is negative.

Perhaps my concerns are wrong. It is always good to do portfolio management, don't put all the money into 1 bucket, perhaps the most is 20%, to control the risks, coz sometime we get the wrong info to make judgement. This is my last comment. All the best and stay safe.
