大家早安。

我之前有试过将两间subsi第一季的归母利润乘汇率再乘股权，然后两个数字再加起来可是就是得不到和parkson bursa那样的数字。

20x0.64x0.55 + 9x3.4x0.68 = 27mil

算出来的结果是和parkson bursa 公布的业绩多了6mil。。。

而不傻公布的是-9

其实嘛经过多年的impairment和变卖不良资产后现在parkson最大的财务问题是利息而已了。单单是上一季的利息就已经是100mil实在是太高了。

不过现在他们手上的现金充沛，debt to cash ratio才1.2而已。假设他们用手上的现金拿去还了30%的债务的话，那么一季随随便便都能赚多10mil了。

所以我的看法是看老板要不要炒而已。。。
