correct me if im wrong. for 1 lot we get 30 unit. at current price 0.36. the 30 unit is worth rm 10.8. equivalent to only 3%. this year dividen drop lo.

ya, you are correct. Previously, thought 1 lot = 1000 share. then it should be RM1.08 dividen per lot w price of RM 0.36.
