KUALA LUMPUR: Eduspec Holdings Bhd
has appointed Datuk Alex Kang Pang Kiang as executive deputy chairman effective April 15.
This follows the emergence of Kang as a substantial shareholder of Eduspec on April 8, after acquiring 24 million, or 5.1% in Eduspec.
Kang, 52, currently holds a total of 142.26 million shares or 12.1%, combining direct and indirect interests in the integrated educational technology solutions provider.
