| To facilitate the implementation of the Share Consolidation, trading of AMDB shares will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday 28 July 2009, being three (3) clear market days before 3 August 2009 (the Books Closing Date). Hence, the last day for trading in AMDB shares on the Main Board of Bursa Securities shall be on Monday, 27 July 2009. The suspension of trading in AMDB shares will be lifted upon completion of the Capital Reduction, Share Consolidation, Disposals and Acquisitions. Please refer to the Circular to AMDB shareholders dated 20 April 2009 for details of the Disposals and Acquisitions. In determining shareholders’ entitlements to the Consolidated Shares, fractional entitlements shall be disregarded and shall be dealt with in such manner as the Board of Directors of AMDB in its absolute discretion may deem fit.
