The trading in the shares of Carlsberg will be SUSPENDED WITH EFFECT FROM 9.00 a.m. on 25 May 2005 (being 3 clear market days prior to the entitlement date on 31 May 2005) until the quotation of the shares to be issued pursuant to the Share Split. Hence, the last date and time of trading will be 5.00 p.m. on 24 May 2005. The suspension of trading is to facilitate the recall and the subdivision of shares. |
