The Board of Directors of CCM Duopharma Biotech Berhad ("CCMD" or the "Company") ("Board") has proposed final single-tier dividend of RM0.06 per ordinary share in CCMD ("CCMD Shares") ("Dividend") for the financial year ended 31 December 2017.
On 31 May 2018, the shareholders of CCMD had at the Company's Seventeenth Annual General Meeting approved the Dividend and authorised the Board to allot and issue such number of new CCMD Shares from time to time as may be required to be allotted and issued pursuant to the dividend reinvestment plan ("First DRP"). On the same date, the Board determined that the First DRP shall apply to the entire Dividend.
On behalf of the Board, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd had, on 31 May 2018, announced that the issue price of the new CCMD Shares to be issued pursuant to the implementation of the First DRP has been fixed at RM1.23 per CCMD Share.
