Remarks :
During the financial year ended 31 December 2014:
a) A final single tier dividend of 2% in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2013 has been approved at the Twelfth Annual General Meeting held on 30 June 2014. The entitlement date and payment date is on 3 September 2014 and 30 September 2014 respectively and
b) A share dividend distribution on the basis of one(1) treasury share for every one hundred and thirty(130) ordinary shares of RM1/- each held. The entitlement date and distribution date is on 28 October 2014 and 28 November 2014 respectively.

The Board of Directors has recommended final share dividend on the basis of 1 treasury share for every 100 ordinary shares of RM1 each held in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2014, to be approved by the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
